When I'm surfing the internet to find a reference, I found an interesting article from wikipedia about how to know the quality of the keyboard.
Here the steps:
  1. Open Notepad
  2. Hold both shift keys (left-right)
  3. type "THE QUICK BROWN FOX jumps over the Lazy Dog"
See the result!

why typing "THE QUICK BROWN FOX jumps over the Lazy Dog"?
wikipedia said:
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" is an English-language pangram, that is, a phrase that contains all of the letters of the English alphabet. It has been used to test typewriters and computer keyboards, and in other applications involving all of the letters in the English alphabet. Owing to its brevity and coherence, it has become widely known.
I've tried and the results:
HE QUIK BROWN FO JUPS OER HE LA DOG
bad result right?? -.-'

So more and more letters are missing, the worse the quality of your keyboard.
