Dou know National Geographic?
YES! It's a tv show to give us knowledge about geographic, historical, the world's cultural, natural resources, and many more. This afternoon i've been watching the National Geographic, and they show about the effect global warming.
That's inspired me to write article in this blog, so i search information in the internet to share to you.

The phenomenon of rain, and snow storms are increasingly extreme. The Scottish and Canadian researchers analyzed all the phenomenon of rain and snow extremes that occurred from 1951 to 1999 in the northern hemisphere (Northern Hemisphere). Study ended in 1999, according to scientists is the last year in which global warming continued to show its effect.
Gary Braasch has been documenting the impact of climate change and global warming since 1999. The project resulted in two books and archival photographs, and research that can be seen in on this site.

American photographer Gary Braasch has been documenting the environmental changes since 1999.Picture on the left is the Rhone glacier in Valais, Switzerland, in 1859 and showed a pile of ice that fills lembah.Pada 2001, the glacier has shrunk 2.5km.

These pictures show the damage to White Spruce trees in Alaska caused by pests.

Very Tragic right? When human think of themselves, they ignore nature & environment.
If it happen continuous, i can't imagine how this world become. Through environmental awareness, everyone can contribute in a small way each of them in tackling climate change. We must start from ourselves, then we share to everybody.
