123537Facebook is a phenomenon. Starting from the business some Harvard students within the walls of the dormitory, now social networking is able to capture up to 900 million users worldwide. However, currently known growth began to slow up.

Quoted from the Wall Street Journal, Tuesday, June 12, 2012, the research firm comScore said unique visitors in April yesterday from the United States who visit this site reached 158 million, up only five percent from a year earlier.
This is the lowest growth rate since 2008 up to the United States, which is based on the April 2011 comScore data growth reached 24 percent and 89 percent in April 2010.

In the same period, the growth rate of attachment of Facebook users have also declined. At this year's users spend more than six hours to access the site each month, up 16 percent from a year ago. Is smaller than the growth in 2011 reached 23 percent and 57 percent mpada 2010.

But the span of six hours in one month is still much higher than other sites. American internet users spend more than four hours per month to access the Google-owned sites including YouTube, while to access Yahoo sites they spend 3.5 hours per month.

Unfortunately, research firm comScore, this only covers the United States alone, do not take into account other parts of the world.

The United States today is a country with the largest number of Facebook users in the world, where 71 percent of the 221 million Internet users have become members of this social networking.
